Very bad service at Randridge MTN store

I received a very very bad service from your Randridge Mall MTN store. Me and my wife were refused service when we wanted to buy a new SIM card at the shop. I asked two consultants for service and they both refused to give service. The consultant even refused to give me her name because I wasn’t able to pronounce it. She kept saying I must read it, it’s on her badge that’s why they have name badges. The manager had to step in and assist with a new SIM card purchase. I have been a MTN contract customer for a couple of years but because of this experience I assure you I will cancel my contract.
