Very bad service and false adverti*****t .MTN

Worste service ever. I upgraded and with their adverti*****t they say one month free subscription .they have not comp**** with the above Tried sorting this out with the customer service had to follow up for a response only to find out everytime they reply they request for more and more information even though i forwarded my entire contract containing everything .looks like they cannot sort out my query.
