Very bad service

Good Morning

I have been a client with MTN for 6 years now and I am very sorry to say but I wont renew any contract with them again, since from Monday the 4th of January 2021 I have sent whatsapp messages emails online complaints and made phone calls holding on for more than 40 minutes each time with no luck on getting assistance from the retentions department they are super fast when upgrading but migrading to prepaid is another story ! Till date no one has responded phoned me back or answered the phone ,
