Very bad service

I'm so tired of mtn services.. Always the same excuses"they working on it" or it will be solved.. I've struggled to get a payment removed from my name payment that are made in March.. When i do get in contact they running in circles and everytime the sorry story.. What can i do cause it's damaging my credit score. I'm sick an tired of there excuses
