Very bad service

Very bad service 😒 my account was upgraded and charged early upgrade fee even after I told them not too in Jan 2022. No one can cancel that upgrade I asked for assistance every month it's still not sorted last week I went to Richards Bay branch I don't get feedback always when I call they tell me they'll call but they never do even the manager there he doesn't care....
