VERY BAD service

<p>i am personal customer who has a contract with MTN for a tablet and 2GB every moth, i have had the contract for 2-3 years and its been on top up when the data runs out it cuts off OTHER MONTHS IT CARRIES OVER cause i dont use it. in 2016 feb apparently i used about 25 GB on a connection which MTN cannot tell me what i was downloading!!!! they are too quick to hand me over to the lawyers but cant even assit me in answering a simple question WHY DID A TOP_UP CONTRACT GO INTO ACCESSSS.
