Very bad service

I upgraded my contract when I received a call from an MTN service agent. Now when it comes to time to deliver then they call me on a DATA number. This is unacceptable. No positive feedback from MTN or the delivery company. If I do not get my phone delivered tomorrow then consider this contract CANCELLED.
