VERY BAD SERVICE
I hereby wish to express my EXTREME dissatisfaction with the level of service I am receiving from MTN since my account was transferred from Nashua Mobile as a result of the buy out.
I had no choice in the matter and just had to accept MTN as my new service provider. After over 12 years of fantastic service from Nashua Mobile, where I was able to talk to a PERSON at any time, and where calls were answered immediately, the state of affairs I now find myself in with MTN is outrageous to say the least!
I am not receiving any of my SMS, Data or Call packages.
I have tried phoning, and been into MTN Pavilion TWICE, after which I was given a reference number and told that this matter would be resolved TO NO AVAIL.
In the meantime I have not been able to make calls, send smss, and if I am not in a wi-fi area, my phone is absolutely USELESS to me!
This is totally unacceptable as I have been paying for services I have not been getting since April.
I hereby demand that this matter be rectified immediately, and that I be refunded for 2 months of subscription fees for which I received NO service.
Failing this, I will have no option but to terminate my contract
