Very bad people to deal with.

I have purchased an online product (super flex). I was sent an sim, I installed the sim on my phone, and followed the instructions. A day later I find out from the call center that it's the incorrect sim sent to me. I'm still battling to get assistance from the call center staff. My opinion of the call center staff is that they are very ***********. If they receive your call and don't know how to assist you they cut you off by dropping the call or give you a false or old reference number, so the call cannot be traced back to them. MT N is a communication company, but sad to say they are the worst in communication.
