Very Bad Network MTN

<p>My wife took contract with this useless network and the contract was paid up but not cancelled. All of a sudden MTN started deducting R620 from her account appoint follow up she was told she took upgrade.</p> <p>To our suprise they can't tell us when and they claiming their calls are recorded but they can not listen to the conversation or play it for her. THE SUPERVISOR THAT HANDLE THE MATTER REPLY WITH ONE SENTENCE "please provide the affidavit and a certified copy of your ID." What happen to we apologies, sorry Ma'am no proffessionalism at all from his reply these disrepect just like the company his working for. The next thing they will black list her and that will affect us must as we planning to buy property.</p>
