Very bad MTN signal /reception in Birchleigh North

Zero to minimal MTN Signal in Birchleigh North Kempton Park, Come on guys, a call drop 4 times in 2 mins. people can't hear me or connect. My friend moved his contract to Vodacom a week ago and no issues. We pay for this right? I can only do W-app calls using my fiber connection. Please sort this soonest please
