Very bad MTN and Mondo service

I'm a foreigner with an existing MTN account I app**** for an additional contract through online sales Mondo the appalling part mtn approved my application but at the same time they give dsv delivery different directives for the delivery its a very bad way of doing business and its just a minor thing to sort out but it took 2 weeks without a solution this is very bad to the last degree for a company that operates in other foreign countries but treat foreigners badly in South Africa
