very bad customer service never will I ever take an MTN contact!!!

Had my device sent for repairs,all was well until I got it back. My device speaker was not working all system sounds were not working I called emailed MTN back within 24hrs to let them know about this matter it has been weeks and each day I get an email stating they have sent communication to the logistics company to come pick it up.

I will never take a contract with MTN ever again,very unprofessional.
