Very bad customer service (I NEED HELP)

I have 2 contracts on MTN one phone got ****** and i have tried to request my Imei number for the past 2 months and the cant assist me i think they just dont want to causerie the contract number is linked to the phone and they are suppose to help me with the phones imei number so that i can open a case at SAPS and blacklist the phone.. They are very fast when they want you to open an account or when you have to pay but as soon as you request assistance from them they cant help you i have being phoning Customer care and i went to a MTN store and the just cant help me.

What can i do so i can get my imei number?
