VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

In November/December 2024 I went to MTN mall of africa to get myself an iphone because i work hard, I was assisted by a sales consultant called MAUREEN/NONHLANHLA HLWATHIKA her service was very bad, she was impatience with me, tricking me or rather telling me what phone I must take...with years of experience in customer service I know that you must not choose for the client what phone you want them to take as the sales consultant, you can rather show them what the store offeres and what they qualify for but in my case she was demanding that I take iphone 16 yet I wanted iphone 13, she me told that it was out of stock and yet she continued to take my details in my mind I'm thinking she will give me a call once it's available because that's what I've asked her to do but when she finished taking my details she went to the store room and came with the phone she told me it belongs to another customer like as if she was doing me a favour with my own money, when I ask her questions she was getting annoyed or she would not answer me "pretending she did not hear me", she did not ask me if I want 36 months contract or 24 months, she did not ask me what colour I want, she did not ask me if I wanted uncapped data and airtime..Because everything that she offered me it's not what I really wanted I wanted a pink iphone she gave me the blue one, I wanted 24 months contract she gave me the 36 months and as for the data what can I do with 1G for the month, I would not recommend that you get assisted by MAUREEN/NONHLANHLA HLWATHIKA from Mall of Africa because her service was very poor.
