Very bad customer ser

I received a call from MTN on the 5/5 which they offered me a Samsun a30s no problem with the sales agent the only problem I had was with the lady who called me from the couries department who was rude more interested in canceling my order when I requested to speak to the manager she placed me on mute for 20 mins the drop the call and I am sure she cancel my order without my permission.
