Very bad after services from MTN

I ordered a new phone via the online store. The phone was delivered on Saturday, and to my surprise, the phone does not switch on or charge. On the same day, I took the phone back to the store, and they booked it for pick-up. Here comes problem number one: It took them four days to pick up the phone. Problem number two, they sent an SMS saying the phone was repaired and sent to the store. When I called customer care, they confirmed that it was not sent. I must wait for a credit code to generate, and then I must call the online store and ask for a new device. So, I must sort out everything myself. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life
