Very appalled MTN customer
I have been trying to find out why i am being charged a Promo Service Fee on my MTN invoice and statement. WTH is that. When i upgraded my handset in the catalogue it gave me the price of my package including handset. Now i get billed some Promo Service Fee that i did not subscribe for. How can MTN charge the Promo Fee over and above the promised price for the package. Please can someone answer me on this matter. I am so appalled by this. Like we do not get *****ed enough with everthing else now our service providers are also out to get every cent out of their customers possible.

Please note that some of the handsets are not available on certain packages MTN allows clients to choose the handset that will benefit them, with the package chosen, instead of paying the promo fee once off, MTN allows for the promo fee amount to be split into the 24 months contract. The promo fee is included in the subscription fee.
Having selected this payment option, you need to know that you cannot migrate to other packages or upgrade for the duration of your contract period.
