Very angry customer

I am a very loyal MTN client since 2007, but today I'm very unhappy and very angry with their service. My device was ****** at home while on the charger. After 30 days of waiting for a replacement device, I get my insurance subscribtion cancelled and my claim declined. The reason said, I left my phone on the charger UNATTENDED, so I want to know from MTN insurance that, if I charge my phone, should I carry it with me if I'm in the house, or should I keep it in my pocket while charging, or should I carry it on my back with a blanket like a little baby, or should I put a gun next to the phone while it's charging, or should I chase people in the house away when my phone is on the charger, especially if we are having a family gathering??
