Very angry client
2 weeks ago I submitted an affidavit with MTN fourways (checkers hyper) that I didn't upgrade my current contract as it was a possible ***** identity situation where someone went to an MTN store at Cape Town international with my details & ultimately walked out with a phone & sim swapped my sim card. The consultant helping me assured me that my problem had been sent through to people who can remedy the situation who will be in touch with me. I received no feedback until today when I got a text from MTN with the message \Yello

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've perused your account and we see that the request that was logged on your behalf (REQ:***) and it was closed due to certification on the ID book copy being to old & the ID photo being too dark for verification purposes.
Our ***** Department has requested that you please provide them with a light ID book copy and it being certified with a recent date. Please then send it to fax number *** marked attention Timothy Clouts.
Also note that any charges generated due to the ********** upgrade will be credited accordingly once we log the request with the new documents.
