Very angry

I am very angry with MTN I have been trying to do sim swap from last year but it is not going through. I used to work for MTN hence my number is listed as stuff number . I have been calling in tickets have been logged but no one is helping me. I've spiked to Manelisi Booi, Oscar Baloyi, Zandile Thabethe those are all managers but still I'm not assisted.my number is ***
