Very angry

I have a Rutter contract with Mtn online and found out that i don't have a coverage, Trish Daniels the seller **** to me saying i have a coverage. i received the Rutter on the 7th of Nov 2022 and struggled the whole week with it calling Mtn the whole week until i went to Mtn store on Saturday on the 12 Nov 2022, i was told that i don't have coverage. I tried to cancel on the14th of Nov 2022 and they told me they don't do cancellation online and i did the contract online, they said i should take it to any Mtn store. Vaal mall they had technical issues and i went to Sasolburg Mtn twice where they told me i should return to where i got the Rutter that they should be the one to organize the collection, i then called them to tell them what Mtn store said and they still said they don't do cancellation i should go to the store. I feel like they don't what to be accountable to this and they're the one that offered me the contract. They send me invoice that says i should pay but when i check the email on the sms is not mine, meaning i have not received the invoice as they mis-spelled my email address.
