VERY ANGRY

Good day

I am FEDUP with MTN College Square Bloemfontein. Samantha that works there just does not get back to her clients. She must get fired because she is *****ing a salary that someone else needs. I upgraded the 2nd of January when the time came for my minutes etc i got my old minutes and paid my old amount. i called customer care the 12th and they said can do nothing i must go into the branch, so i contacted the branch spoke to samantha and apparently according to her the customer care people are to lazy to do there work. she said system off and she will contact me back. Monday the 14th i phoned samantha AGAIN and she said will call me back, I am still waiting by the way. i went into the store to sort this out she said will log a complaint and i will recieve an sms, then she will call me. IM STILL WAITING FOR SMS AND CALL!!!! NOTHING is being done about this and i please want an answer. i contacted her again today and she once again said she will call and im still waiting. SHE IS USELESS GET THAT WOMAN OUT OF MTN, YOU LOOSING CUSTOMERS. iv never had a problem with MTN until now with your *********** employee. i want my minutes sorted please. i await your feed back.
