Vert Poor Customer service from MTN

MTN blacklisted my iPhone15 on the 17th without my knowledge, shocking part i an not even a MTN customer and several calls to there Hotline. still no Feedback its been two months and still not reply, very poor service every time you call MTN a new agent will take your call and never reply its keeps going on. i went into the branch no help i must call customer service.
