Verbally abused

I app**** for MTN data bundle contract at Soshanguve Crossing on the 27th of May and the system was offline ; then I went back on the 30 and 31st but the system was still offline. My contact was approved and I was waiting for the SIM card to be activated. On the 08/06/2020 I went to the branch to do a follow up ; the Lady that was assisting me with my contract is Martha a very good , friendly, respectful and humble lady , when I got to the branch i found a guy by door Kagiso with a client , I asked the guy to please call Martha for me and he responded by saying that he is still busy with a client ; he will attend me after , I understood and waited . So one of the Ladies in the branch saw me by the door and was aware that I app**** for a contract and it was not yet complete she then told me that the consultant I'm looking for she's off today and she's coming back on 09/06/2020 then I was like Ohk please ask her to contact me . As I was turning around and about to leave the guy at the door Kagiso Shakwane started shouting at the lady in front of clients and told her that me and the lady are disrespectful then I turned around to understand why he was saying that, he continued creating a hostile environment for me by telling the clients in the branch that I'm disruptive and the clients must reprimand me , and I wouldnt allow that at my work place and I asked what did I do wrong ; the clients in the branch started insulting me as Kagiso gave them the impression that I was there on a personal visit which Kagiso assumed because I referred to the Lady I looking for by name & I was wearing my work uniform, I left there insulted ; hurt; embrassed and humiliated I've never experienced such bad service in my life. Kagiso does not respect his job and clients .
