Vehicle license renewal disaster due to MTN

I renewed a vehicle license disc using the MTN more money app and I never received it. I paid on the 16th of January 2021 and they requested supporting documents which I emailed then they went silent. I sent another email following up but I did not receive feedback. On the app no progress is showing its only showing the payment amount.

I tried calling MTN several times and I was transferred around then given a *** number which I need to call. On that number I waited for 30 mins the first time and 50 mins the second time with no assistance what so ever.

I am very inconvenienced by this as my car urgently needs a new disc and I cant even make other means because MTN has my money.
