VEERY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE SO CALL MTN CHAMPIONS

firstly am shocked and so annoyed that my debit order went off on a weekend and i had to be charged by my bank ,now here i am calling the customer care line to resubmit the unpaid debit order i get to speak with a very rude and disorganized agent karabo mosebi whom kept me holding unnecessary and finally resumed call and advised that shes having system issues and cant assit,like really ok she then transferred me to a xolisile ndebele who advised she cant resubmit she needs to wait fr the debit order to return and thats the only time she can resubmit and i will hve to call back after three days like really,whats so difficult fr a resubmission to be done at mtn next thing my account will be locked yeeer am so disgusted
