<p>I have upgraded my line with MTN thinking that I will get the better service than previously. I now give up, I am not sure if it's me who didn't understand the terms and conditions or what. When I do my upgrade they said am going to pay R150 for my line, come debit day it ead R257. I sent an email but never got a reply till today. I was not informed that they are adding VAS iny line. I need a refund and cancellation of all Valu added services. Tried to do a self service but it gives me errors</p>

We are sorry to have disappointed you with our service and would like to assure you that it is certainly not our intention to dissatisfy our clients.
I have tried contacting you on your cellphone number with no luck. As per my investigations on our systems I have noted that you have been correctly charged. You have been charged a Promo fee (device) R91.23 plus a Subscription fee of R127.19 plus data bundle for 100 MB for R22.32 which adds up to R240.74 less a monthly service fee discount R15.26 leaving you with an untaxed balance of R225.48. If vat is added to the R225.48 this would be a total balance of R257.03
