Vanished data on Mtn contract
I have been an Mtn customer for over 10 years, and for the first time, I am contemplating moving my business elsewhere.<br> I have heard of people saying their airtime or data has vanished on their Mtn packages, but doubted this because I had never experienced it. Now it has happened to me!<br> <br> On the 21st January -less than a week ago, my monthly 1gb data was loaded, as well as the \free"1 gb. From Tuesday"

Kindly contact our Data Support department on 1555 (free from an MTN line) or *** (chargeable from a non-MTN line) so that one of our consultants can check with you on your phone settings if there is any background data running or application that was not logged off in error.
Please contact them from a different number and not from the phone you need help with as it will be difficult to go through settings when you are using the same phone to call.
