This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I called MTN yesterday and the agents dropped my calls and told me to hold and hang up. They were not able to understand the itemized bill and provide accurate information about my 30 Super data that had run out within two days. As far as streaming and downloading are concerned, I do not do either. The disappearance of my data remains a mystery to me.

28 Jun 2023, 13:25I am disgusted with the poor service I received from MTN call centre agents who hung up before listening to my queries and transferred me to a different department for no apparent reason to avoid taking responsibility for my questions. Kgomotso from the Randburg call centre promised I would receive a call back from her manager, Miriam, which I did not receive. I am not sure how I can resolve my data queries.
