Valued customer

I'm so disappointed in mtn. I have been a loyal client since the 90s.i have 2 business contracts that need upgrading,was advised to wait for Nov black Fri deals. Those deals are not out until now and my contract has now expired. Everytime I call I get pushed from 1 department to another. Spent more than 4 hours in total trying to get help. Wasted my time on many occasions at 4-430 pm that's when they cut you off or transfer you to another department cause they close at 5pm and want to be burdened with you. So sad to see customer service gone down the toilet.
