Utterly useless service
Was contacted by MTN for cellphone package upgrade, September 2018. Went to MTN Randfontein filled in all the necessary forms. Only to find out via sms from MTN that upgrade was due in December 2018. took a nice package with 6gigs per month, never received updated contract until May 2019 even though was billed for new contract. Inquired re credit for not receiving the correct contract gigs. Oh dear still struugling with daily emails MTN saying the did not overcharge no refund, now requesting the gigs i didn't get at least, to no avail "Will let you know if there is more news" utterly useless service. MTN is forcing me to change cell provider. Wake up MTN!!!!
