Utterly useless complaints dept

My review on 8 Sept: What does it take to talk to a supervisor or manager at MTN? After SEVERAL emails dince 18 July, with a promise of a response within 9 (NINE) working days by the way. Still NOTHING!! No response!

This has STILL not been addressed by MTN! Are their staff that useless/lazy/overworked? How is senior management not aware of these negative reviews on this platform???? BTW the 3 response on the September review were all by myself NOT by MTN
