Utterly poor service.

I have phoned, ive emailed and send mesaages on messenger to rectify mtn mistake on my account. For more than 2 months now i have been strugling to sort this out now suddenly my lines are block. After i paid my account i full..and the problem still has not been sotrted out. I so tired and fed up with there service. No one has called me back or ask came back to me woth this problem. As soon as my contract is u, km cancelimg all my contracts with mtn.. Im done with mtn after 8 years of service.
