Utterly POOR SERVICE

The sim swap process using USSD code is very useless. And now the call center is proving to be even more useless. The girl i spoke to Aphelele did not know anything. All questions she doesn't know the answer. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager. No call reference. No realistic TAT especially after the first TAT has passed.

I want my Sim swap done and i will port to a network that knows basick things.
