Utterly pathetic and Useless

Aug 2020 mtn moved over to a new system. They never drew my payment over for the month of Aug 2020. I have more than 55 reference numbers to which I have emailed the POP, I have been to the store and still nothing has happend. I can't upgrade and I can't cancel the contract because of the outstanding amount. How pathetic and useless can a service provider be???
