Utterly pathetic

I am due for on an upgrade since the 02/12 and have app**** for a 2 for 1 deal on the website expecting a call back. The whole of Saturday not a single call nor on Monday from MTN. This morning I finally managed to get through to the call centre just to be told they are experiencing technical issues, I should expect a call later the week. The deal on the contract I am interested in expires today, so in the end I will be forced to go for a more expensive contract for the same device. Why advertise these contracts if you have no intensions on following through MTN?
