Utterly furious and devastated

I'm really tired about MTN, it is really giving me a run around. There was a ********** account opened in my name through MTN, after several attempts of trying to get the account cleared off my name i finally managed to obtain a clearance letter from them stating or rather confirming that i have been cleared and i dont owe MTN.

I recently app**** for a home loan and to my surprise, i was declined because of that MTN account that is on my name which is now on a negative balance. Now i'm suffering for something that i know nothing about.

I called Transunion to find out what i need to do and i was advised that MTN should liaise with them regarding the removal of that credit.

I called MTN immediately and guess what, i was told i was cleared in May last year already, however the credit was not cleared on the credit bureau side.

I need this credit removed off my name before ot causes more damage than it already has.
