Utterly Dissapointed With Mtn

I have been calling Mtn Customer Care the whole day.

With no good news.

My Wife has been struggeling with no network coverage. ***.

And when she loads data on her phone it just dissapears.

How can a phone with almost no network

For a whole day use that much data?

I want an explanation or a solution.

My contract is not cheap and i pay it, but i am very close to switch to another network. And we have been with Mtn for almost 14years
