Utterly disgusted by the service

Poor service I have been struggling since 27 November 2019 to have my late father's cellphone number from MTN migrated to a prepaid number. Their service has been utterly unacceptable. They have debited the account each month since November, however the number is not in use and has been disconnected from the network. I will not recommend the use on MTN to anyone.
