utterly disgusted by no service received from MTN but you taking our money

im so annoyed by MTN. ive been trying to get hold of them for the past 4 consecutive days and get stuck for more than 30 minutes listening to a machine talking and then then line goes all quite on me. yesterday i got cut off while talking to someone and she never bothered to call me back. can MTN please call me on *** regarding my contract
