Utterly Disgusted
Utterly Disgusted: Dear Alice, This is not good enough. I am expecting the URL report, as I have analysed the itemised billing reports and I do not agree with the times of data usage. From these reports I must have used data every hour of every day in the billing month. That is not possible as I need to sleep... I have been using my IPAD for more than two years, so I know how it works and mostly operates by WiFi... It is clear from recent events that the company is not very honest in their business activities!
