Utterly disappointed with MTN Direct!!!!

I app**** for a new contract and a consultant took all my details on 14 August 2020. Documentation were sent to Mtnsales@ buymondo.co.za as requested by the consultant. Two weeks later I haven’t heard anything regarding my application. After contacting Mtn they advised that my application were cancelled - no reason given.

I again called Mtn direct and did another new application. All documents were sent to *** as requested by the consultant. Two weeks later, again, I had to contact Mtn who has been utterly poor in their communication with me as a consumer/client, to find out about the status of my application only to be told that it has not been succesfull. Almost a month since I’ve done a basic application online and no one can tell me why it’s been unsuccessful. No request for additional information, nothing. Not one consultant can tell me what the so called criteria is - something I’m pretty sure all of Mtn’s service “champions” should know.

I am utterly disappointed with the lack of competence showed by Mtn direct, their poor sense of communication, cluelessness about in-house policies and procedures and being sent from pillar to post because no one knows nothing
