Utterly disapointed
MTN Canal walk: NON of their phone numbers found online works, NON. I emailed the customer care, even the number they provided DOES NOT WORK. it goes straight into 'the number you have dialed, does not exist'... I live far away and cannot drive in every time I have a question.<br> MTN Oudtshoorn: My mom ordered a WHITE tablet, they had to wait weeks because the white was out of stock. When my dad picked it up today, it is black. No apology, no explanation. He has to take it (he is already being charged for the contract.) They also live on a farm far away and it is a two hour drive in every time... We moved from another cell provider to MTN because it was said to be better, so far, nothing has been better. I am so tired of terrible service from cell phone companies. MTN is the biggest one out there, surely they can up their service?
