Utterly appalling service

I am SO VERY UNHAPPY with MTN. I have been dealing with a person who works at MTN for weeks now. He keeps promising me that my phone will work "today". It is still not working. This is my business telephone...so the consequences are dire. I am EXTREMELY unhappy. I am beginning to wonder if this person even works for MTN. Every single promise he has made to me has NOT materialised. Do people who work at MTN actually receive any training? This certainly doesn't seem to be the case. I have been an MTN customer for decades. Right now, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the complete and utter lack of customer service. One thing is obvious: MTN doesn't give a hoot about its customers or reputation - as this site attests. MTN doesn't even deserve the single star that I've given it.
