UTTER USELESS MTN INTERNET ACCESS *******

MTN data has been mostly dysfunctional for a very long time in the town of Manguzi and surrounding areas. Although MTN is well aware of this they are still selling contracts and data to people in the area very well knowing they simply cannot deliver a service. Complaining does not help as some bored call center operator wants you to complete a coverage form that has been done a 1000 times before and that they well aware of. I am so sick and tired of hearing "MTN is experiencing challenges in that area" as I have been hearing it for years, with no real intention to actually resolving these challenges
