UTTER USELESS AGENTS OF A COMPANY.POOR SERVICE,FRUSTRATION, UNCER*****Y, DEPRESSION...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

I experienced a very bad service at MTN wonderpark mall. I opened a contract early September and asked the agent to continue with the number that l already have with them, until today l have no working simcard, no airtime or data, l just have a phone with nothing. I have no words to describe the service there from agents..lm amazed at careless and unprofessional people can be. It's like they have been rigorously trained to frustrate customers, leave them uncertain, depressed and suicidal .l've never seen something like this. There is no assistance whatsoever..
