Utter trash customer service

I wish I could give this useless business a zero star. The customer service from this company has been utterly dog ****. No one bothers to try and help you, always passing the blame onto someone else.

They tell you they will follow up, but you must contact them for an update. Utterly trash.

Issue is still not resolved.
