I took out a new contract 24/11/2016 at Makhado crossing mtn, a Samsung A7. The phone had no signal from the start. I took it back to the shop 2 times, the second time to return it, as it was within 7 days the manager there said its ovf or something. Now comes the irretating part. I asked for a replacement as i dont want it repaired as i dont want a broken phone. As with a new contract you want a NEW phone. The manager, Phil, said they dont have stock. He made promises that i would get a phone on three separate occasions and it was all empty promisses as i am still without a phone. How can it take this long to get a phone??? Do we not have courier services or what? I must pay the contract fee for this month for something i dont have? I phoned the 808 number and noumerous others but nothing gets done. I am so fed up with this **** service i got. Please is there someone at mtn that actually does their job? Can anyone make sure that the problem gets sorted out?
