Utter incompetence.

<div>MTN have been utterly useless. Mysterious charge was added to my contract debit order. After I enquired the told me it would be cancelled. Later they came back saying I had to cancel it. Contradictory but sure, I cancelled the unrequested package from my contract. Except MTN still charged me every single month, from November. As they had told me it was cancelled I contacted them about this every single month and also rejected the debit orders. Every month they promise it would be sorted out until they decide to disconnect my number as I "owed" them too much money, I have paid my normal contract amount every month on its usual debit order. 25 years of having the same number and now because of utter useless incompetence I will need to get a new number, deal with a bad credit for their *****ulent charges and while sorting this out lose a lot of income and my job at risk because I cannot make or receive calls. Pathetic service. I was in the process of moving the whole companies phones to MTN as well, fat chance of that happening.</div>
